Supercross BMX Heritage Collection · The Refinement Era
The G6, enhanced — Easton EA6X tubing and the start of the Easton partnership.
The G6e was the classic G6 re-introduced in enhanced form — built from Easton EA6X high-ceramic aluminum as the Supercross–Easton partnership began in earnest.
EA6X sat between standard 6061-T6 and the scandium that would follow on the S7. New shaped tubes were strong enough that Supercross could drop the head gusset entirely — a cleaner front end with no strength penalty.
The line ran from Expert XXL through Pro XXL plus 24-inch cruisers. Period reviews rated it a perfect score, with the Pro XL weighing in at 3 pounds even and the 24-inch XL cruiser at 3.2 pounds with a 22-inch top tube.
