When Will my Order Ship

We have a cut off point for orders to ship same day which is 2pm Pacific Standard Time. We try to ship all Express orders placed before the cut off the same day. Note that in busy times Express shipments are prioritized over standard delivery options. In some cases orders also require stock to arrive into our warehouse before we are able to ship but we aim to get orders to you in line with your shipping method. For instance if you choose Standard shipping (2-7 days) you should expect your order to arrive within 7 days. AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER SHIPS YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL

How Long Will it Take for my Order to Arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on the Service and your location but transit times specific to your address are displayed at the checkout once your address has been entered (before payment is taken)

Where is my tracking? How can I track my Order?

Once your order has shipped you will be emailed or text your Tracking details. You can also track your parcel by visiting your Account page

Will I get Multiple boxes and multiple shipments?

From time to time we split orders into multiple shipments to get your order to you quicker than it would be to wait for all items to ship together. There is no additional charge for this, however we cannot guarantee that the 2 parcels will arrive at the same time.
