For Torker's 50th anniversary, we partnered with Vans to build a shoe worthy of the milestone. The result is the Torker × Vans BMX Old Skool — a limited edition collab that connects 50 years of Torker history to one of action sports' most iconic silhouettes. Black canvas and suede upper. Torker yellow accent stripe. The Torker MX badge on the tongue. Our colors since 1976 — on a shoe built for BMX. The Cup Specific BMX sole. Vans' waffle outsole built specifically for grip on a platform pedal. Not just a skate shoe repurposed — purpose-built for riding.
Signed by some of the iconic Torker riders of the 70's and 80's. Each submitted their actual signature to be reproduced on the insole — a piece of Fullerton-era history right under your foot.
A single chrome eyelet — a direct nod to Torker's iconic Fish Eye Gusset and the chrome frame finishes the brand was known for throughout the Fullerton era.
Skinwall colored Sole
As with old BMX tires, it was Black Tread and a Skinwall side like your old Comp II's or Comp III's, these Torker Edition Vans celebrate that, where we tried to color match the Sole to the color of an old Skinwall BMX tire, and with the OLD Skool Vans style, you have the Black Foxing, with the Skinwall color showing up on the side underneath. If these don't scream Old School BMX to you, then nothing will.

I got the 29’r and it’s amazing …it’s a real head turner and I’m the only one around here that has one …same color and parts as the 20” Torker that I raced back in the early 80’s - the Vans and T-shirt are cool touches as well -

Hubby mentioned that this would be a very limited run and STRONGLY hinted that he wanted a pair.... So, he got his pair and couldn't be more excited. He also had an aunt and uncle living in Apple Valley, CA for many years until they passed away over the last several years which make these shoes that much more special to him.
