Vision F1

2021–2026

The world's first monocoque carbon BMX frame. No joints. No welds. No bonding areas.

Eighteen months of testing and design produced something BMX had never seen: a frame and fork each molded as a single continuous piece of TORAYCA T1100-KS carbon. No joints. No welds. No bonding areas. Nothing to work loose and nothing to fail at an interface.

The Story

The monocoque construction cut another six percent of weight against the Envy BLK 2 — a Pro XL frame at roughly 2.5 pounds, with durability deliberately prioritized over chasing grams. Captive solid carbon dropouts carry FLIP/CHIP inserts in 15 mm and 10 mm, the guide idler runs Teflon-impregnated thermoplastic, and removable mounts cover both disc and V-brakes.

The F1 won the 2021 USA BMX Golden Crank Bike of the Year — Supercross's seventh — the same year the factory squad took Team of the Year. The size range eventually ran Mini through Pro XXXXL plus 24-inch, in sixteen colorways, sold as a complete chassis with the T700S monocoque fork.
