RS7 stands for Race Series 7. Triple-butted 7005 ULR aluminum with custom taper-wall tubing, still built with a threaded Euro bottom bracket — and still the aluminum benchmark in the Supercross line today.
The Story
The RS7 is the ENVY platform refined by everything learned since 2009: a cold-forged bottom bracket shell with cold-rolled threads, chainstays fully boxed in with 7005 sheet, 3D-CNC rear dropouts, and a reinforced head tube. Supercross calls it the stiffest Pro-size aluminum frame it has ever built.
It ships in 18 sizes and twelve stock colors, with custom options — from Pro at a 20.5-inch top tube through Pro XXXXL at 22.75 inches, plus 24-inch cruisers.
