  • Supercross BMX | Vision F1x Carbon Fiber BMX Race Fork

    2 items left

The Supercross BLK fork set the industry standard for strength and weight, but with the development of our revolutionary Vision F1x frames, we knew we had to push the boundaries even further.

Introducing the new Supercross Vision F1x Carbon Fiber Pro BMX Race Fork. The ultimate evolution of the full monocoque carbon fiber tapered steer tube fork.

Our goal with the Vision F1x fork was to engineer the perfect companion to our most advanced frames yet—maximizing stiffness, minimizing weight, and redefining what's possible in BMX fork technology.

To achieve this, the Vision F1x Fork utilizes an elite, proprietary blend of Toray T700S, Toray T800, and M46X Carbon Fiber, bonded together using our advanced Nano Alloy Prepreg technology. For maximum strength and security, we retained our bulletproof full 1-piece monocoque design. There is no glue, no bonding areas, and no weak points on the entire fork. It is a single, seamless piece of ultra-high-modulus carbon fiber. The steer tube will never slip, twist, or pull!

This specialized, multi-modulus carbon layup isn't just about matching the frame—it's about elite, race-day performance. This premium material blend allowed us to increase torsional stiffness for more explosive gate snaps while maintaining an ultra light weight of 16 ounces, with the 7075 Top Cap and Internal starnut ( on 20" Pro Taper Fork )  A stiffer, and stronger fork? Welcome to the new era of BMX Racer Nirvana.

The Supercross Vision F1x Carbon fork comes stock with the Speedline 20mm - 3/8" adapters and a 7075 Aluminum Supercross BMX Top Cap in the 20" Pro Taper and 24" Pro Taper sizes.

Available in a wide array of premium finishes to seamlessly match the Vision F1x frames, or any modern BMX racing frame with a tapered 1 1/8" - 1.5" headtube.

⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: NEVER USE A STAR NUT

Under absolutely no circumstances should you ever install a traditional metal star nut into a carbon fiber steer tube. Hammering a star nut into the steer tube aggressively scores, cuts, and tears the internal carbon layers. This permanently compromises the structural integrity of the crown area, leading to premature and potentially catastrophic breakage.

    • You must ONLY use an approved carbon-specific expanding compression plug (or the specifically supplied Supercross threaded top cap system).
    • Any use of a star nut immediately voids all warranties.

    Installing the Fork:

    • Assemble the fork, headset, spacers, top cap, and bolt within the head tube of the bicycle.
    • Slide on the stem.
    • Adjust headset tension using an appropriate hex wrench according to the headset manufacturer’s instructions. If the headset manufacturer has not specified torque, tighten to 1.6 Nm (15 in-lbs).
    • Torque the stem steerer clamp bolts as specified by the stem manufacturer (do not exceed 6Nm).
    • Always clamp the dropouts securely when using a dropout clamping bicycle rack to prevent dropout and/or bike damage. If the clamp is loose, the bike may fall out of the rack. When removing the fork from the clamp, remove both dropouts simultaneously. Do not tilt the bike to one side because dropout damage may result. Dropout damage can cause component failure, resulting in serious injury or death.
    • On a thru-axle fork, ensure the axle is torqued to 8nm.
