Supercross BMX Free Shipping Policy
We understand that shipping costs can be an expensive part of the purchase. And that is why we here at Supercross BMX are trying to help you out with a free freight policy for all orders over $500 USD.
Shipping Companies
SupercrossBMX.com ships with Fed EX and USPS to make sure you have the best rates and services.
The day following the shipment is considered the first day in transit. Shipping days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available to all customers with orders totaling $500.00 or more. F Shipping is calculated by amount of your cart.
Just select the Free Shipping Option at Checkout. Free Shipping is typically Fed EX ground, but SupercrossBMX.com at it's sole descretion retains the option of changing to any available courier.
Insurance is not included on any Free Shipping option.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
All applicable customs, duties, and taxes are NOT included in the price of shipping. These amounts are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and due on receipt of merchandise.
If a package is refused, customs has the right to destroy the package or return it to sender. If a package is destroyed for non-payment, purchaser will NOT be entitled to a refund. If a package is returned to us, a refund will be processed less the cost of shipping to and from your location.
Shipping Guarantees
SupercrossBMX.com is not able to guarantee that the couriers will not occasionally make mistakes in their estimates, whether it be due to whether or some other unforeseeable circumstances. It is entirely possible that your package will arrive early or late, though it is much more likely that your package will arrive exactly on time. If you do have an issue related to a late delivery, we'll make every effort to assist you in tracking the packaging and updating the delivery estimate. We will not be able to refund your shipping fees if a package arrives later than estimated due to a situation with your address, limited access to the delivery location or a delay on the part of the courier.
