Supercross BMX Heritage Collection · The Refinement Era
The R-CR refined back to subtle — butted round tubes, bi-oval down tube. Mikey Brabandt's frame of choice.
The BOLT LT took the R-CR back to a more subtle frame: butted round tubing with a bi-oval down tube doing the work quietly. It was Mikey Brabandt's frame of choice when he joined the team.
Where the R-CR wore its engineering on the outside, the BOLT LT tucked it away — butted round tubes with a bi-oval down tube. It replaced the R-CR in 2009 as the Supercross cro-mo race frame.
Mikey Brabandt made it his frame of choice when he joined the team — and he is believed to be the last USA BMX pro to earn a year-end top 10 on a cro-mo frame.
