For our retro SX250 builds we had to do something special. The Carrera Retro is based on the old Selle Italia Turbo saddles everyone ran in the late 80s and early 90s — an anatomically correct base with a thin layer of gel under a golf-dimpled leatherette cover.

The seat is beautifully made and looks great on my new Race Inc build. Unfortunately, it arrived with a black smudge mark that took me about 30 to remove by using various cleaning products. Other than that, shipping was fast and it’s a great product!

I’ve had my eye on this saddle for awhile! I’ve had a few Brooks C17 Saddles. But this saddle just makes my bike look much better. Really love the look it gives my bike. Comfort is good. Definitely will be ordering another one for my next build. Thank you!
