Unfortunately, this has not been a good experience for us. We ordered a frame after talking to a representative at Supercross. The description made it seem like the chain tensioner with the guide and spacers came with it. When we got the bike the piece was not there. We emailed supercross and they were not helpful. We ordered the guide from the website and had to pay a ridiculous amount for shipping. We received the guide piece and still have not been able to get the bike running because it is still missing a part. I am sorry to say I would not buy another or part from here. The shipping costs are unbelievable and the costumer service has not been good. It is unfortunate because this our son's 3rd Supercross frame and he truly likes them. The first two frames we got were used. This was our first experience buying a new frame and it has been less than ideal.
