Meet Justin Perkins
Justin Perkins is our little ripper out of Phoenix, Arizona. Currently racing in the 11x class, Justin started racing BMX when he was just 3 years old! He’s always had a knack for 2 wheels and was balancing on a bike at the age of 1 ½. About 2 years later and Justin was ripping his pedal bikearound the local track. Since that day he has never looked back.
At such a young age, Justin holds an impressive track record outshining some riders twice his age. Justin won Grands as a 5x, 6x, 8x, 9x, and 10x! He’s also won a world title as a 7-year-oldexpert and has taken home multiple N.A.G 1 plates along with a few top 5 National plates.
Justin joined the Factory Supercross team at the 2017 Grand National as an 8x. Like many other riders on the team, Justin loves the family culture that resonates throughout the factory pit. Healso enjoys how there is no pressure to win and a strong focus on doing your best while having a blast.
As for BMX Racing, Justin loves the competition and having friends all over the country. He alsoenjoys the traveling that accompanies racing. One of Justin’s favorite things is showing off hisshiny new BLK Envy 2 at every chance he gets. We don’t blame him, they look sweet!
Looking into the future, Justin has goals of making the Olympic team. It’s his top goal as far asBMX Racing goes. Justin would also like to take his shot at the Pump Track Series and is lookingto try some Downhill and Snowboarding.
Outside of BMX racing, Justin loves Dirt jumping, riding the pump tracks, wakeboarding, water skiing, and riding his dirt bike. Justin loves himself some extreme sports. Definitely an extreme kid at heart!

Tell me about yourself. Who are you? How old are you? What class do you currently race? When did you start racing? How did you start racing? Etc.
Justin Perkins,11 Expert,Started Racing @ 3 years old,Racing – Just have a knack for 2 wheels. Took off balancing on a Strider at 1 ½ old. Went to BMX track at 3 ½ & took off from there.

How long have you been on factory Supercross? What year did you get picked up?
First Race for Supercross was at Grands 2017, 8X.
What’s your favorite thing about being a Factory Supercross ride?
Family. There is no pressure or expectation of results at Supercross. Having fun and enjoying racing is first priority. Bill is the most supportive and positive owner in BMX.

What’s your favorite thing about BMX Racing and Why?
The competition & having friends all over the country. Travelling to races. Showing off my Supercross every chance I get. Getting a line down perfectly.
What are your hobbies outside of racing?
Dirt Jumping, Pump Track, Wake Boarding, Water Skiing & Dirt Bike
What are some of your goals for your racing career?
Making the Olympic Team! That’s it, 1 goal😊
What are some of your goals outside of BMX Racing?
Spending more time @ the river with family – Wakeboarding & Skiing. Competing in the Pump Track Series. Would like to try some Downhill & Snowboarding.

Joining Supercross has been my best decision in BMX. Being part of Team of the year & Bike of the year (3 years straight) means just as much as any Win, Nag or National #. Every frame is a work of art, Bill wouldn’t have it any other way & I’m super pumped every time I throw a leg over it.
