The Supercross Shine 26" 4x / DJ Race Frame

The 4th Generation of the Supercross Shine just keeps getting better. Originally designed as a 4x Race Frame, it features seamless Custom Butted and Shaped Ultra Light Aluminum tubing. The frame is then aged to a T-4 after receiving an alignment check. After ensuring the frame is true, we continue the aging process to a T-6 hardness. It's the perfect amount for Dirt Jumps, Pump Tracks, 4x Tracks, you know, all the fun stuff!

Stock colors are: Mirror Polish, Gloss Black, Matte Flame Blue, Hi-Vis Yellow and Metallic Grey with Custom Anodized and Powdercoat options available as well.

The Shine uses a new 4x specific Geometry that blends our 30 years of World Championship Winning BMX knowledge and combines it with the current crop of high-end 4x frames.

The Seatmast is only 12.75" on both the short and long sizes. This gives the Shine its beloved low-profile stance. The Seat and Chainstays are custom Butted and Shaped for maximum tire clearance and rigidity at the BB shell. But we made sure not to go too stiff so as to not ruin the Shine's ride quality.

The top and downtubes are custom-shaped and butted Easton® ULR 7005 and use our unique shaping to keep the frame strong and light.

The Headtube is a 1 1/8" - 1.5" Tapered Integrated. The Downtube has been raised on the headtube along with the addition of a gusset for extra clearance for air valves and adjusters seen on most 4x forks. The headtube is 4.5" Tall, typical BMX style.

The BB shell is a CNC'd 73mm wide Euro Threaded shell and features welded-on ISCG tabs allowing for easy drive train alignment.

All cable routing runs low and on the inside of the frame to keep it safe from anything kicked up on the course.

At the back of the frame, we use a Vertical/Adjustable dropout. Vertical dropouts assure that your Disk Brake and Rear Derailleur will always be in perfect relation to your rear axle. But with the addition of adjustability, you can run the Shine as a single speed. And for the hardcore out there, you can adjust the wheelbase on a multispeed setup to ensure you get the most out of your ride no matter the conditions. There is a full inch of adjustment on these dropouts.

We are starting production in 3 stock 26" Wheel sizes

- Short: 21.75" Top tube

- Long: 22.75" Top tube

- XL: 23.15" Top tube

We're introducing a 24" Wheel Size. This 24" Version is designed for a 406mm Axle to Crown Fork.

Supercross Shine

Hi Bill,
Received Hendrix’s new Shine DJ frame and Vision 1. Thanks so much - he loves both of them so much. Love the new colour ways - the Sandy colour reminds us of Hendrix’s old custom beige coloured RS7. We had to put a derailer on the DJ as we didn’t have any vertical dropouts. Do we need to register the bikes for warranties? Thanks heaps again, so stoked and looking forward to the upcoming race season here in NZ on the new bike!

I
Isaac

Quality throughout!
