At 23 years old, Lexis “Lightning” Colby is a seasoned force in Women Pro BMX, bringing experience, confidence, and heart to every gate she lines up at. Hailing from Surprise, Arizona, Lexis has been racing BMX for an impressive 18 years, building her career around consistency, resilience, and a deep appreciation for the process.

Standing at 5’2”, Lexis may be smaller in stature, but she races with purpose and precision. Her approach to Supercross is rooted in what matters most to her — the people. For Lexis, the Supercross team isn’t just a program, it’s family, and rolling a lightning teal Vision F1 down the hill is just the bonus.

Coached by Arielle Martin, Lexis draws inspiration from BMX legend Bubba Harris and Arielle’s leadership both on and off the track. When she’s not racing, you’ll likely find her baking sourdough, listening to Bailey Zimmerman, or treating herself to something sweet.

Driven by the process and fueled by competition, Lexis continues to push herself at the highest level of women’s racing — with no plans of slowing down.
