Supercross Blur Race Frame
The Supercross BLUR has big shoes to fill by taking the place of our best selling EVO iS Frame, and the BLUR is more than up to the challenge.
The Supercross BLUR Race Frame is a full seamless 6061 T-6 Aluminum race frame that is welded in fixture, aligned and then aged to a T-4, checked for alignment and then continue aged to a T-6 hardness. The BLUR uses the same World Championship Winning Geometry found on all of our race frames including the Supercross ENVY, just at a more affordable price.
But don't let the price fool you, it is no budget machine. It still features Full CNC'd 3d Dropouts, CNC Machined Campy Style Integrated Headtube, CNC'd BB Shells that are threaded after welding and heat treating to ensure a proper bottom bracket alignment every time, and the Supercross BLUR Race frames feature custom shaped Top and downtubes that are designed for the maximum performance strength and minimal weight.
All of the Pro Size frames and larger feature a Full Ovalized Top Tube and a Bi-Ovalized Downtube to allow for the maximum amount of weld area and strength without any un necessary weight.
All BLUR frames, feature the clip style of cable guides which allow for the use of a full brake cable for maximum braking efficiency and ease of removal for quick tear downs for travel or replacing the cable.
The SUPERCROSS BLUR is available in 10 sizes, 5 Pro Sizes , 3 Expert Sizes, a Jr. and a Mini. The Pro and Expert XL sizes require a 1 1/8" Campy Integrated Headset and the Expert, Jr. and Mini sizes use a 1" Conventional Press In Threadless. The Pro sizes require a 27.2 post and a 1 1/4" Seatclamp, while the Expert, Jr. , and Mini use a 22.2 post and a 1" Clamp.
Stock colors are: Matte Black with Gloss Black Decals, Pearl White with Gold Trimmed Decals, Racing Red with Gloss Black Decals, Gun Metal Grey with Gloss Black Decals, Pearl Pink with Gloss Black Decals and Matte Blue with Gold Trimmed Decals.
