Q. What size seatposts do the frames take?

A. The Sizes of the Seatposts vary upon model. It is all listed on the appropriate frame pages, but for a quick listing, please see below.

Q. What size seatclamp do I need?

A. The Sizes of the clamps vary upon model. It is all listed on the appropriate frame pages, but for a quick listing, please see below.

ENVY Frames -
Pro, Pro Plus, Pro XL, Pro XXL, Pro XXXL, , Pro Short 24", Pro 24", Pro XL 24" - all use a 1 1/4" ( 31.9mm ) Clamp.

Expert XL and Expert XXL use a 1 1/8" ( 28.6mm) Clamp.

Expert, Junior Plus, Junior, Mini, and Jr. 24" all use a 1" or (25.4mm) Clamp

BLUR Frames -
Pro, Pro Plus, Pro XL, Pro XXL, Pro XXXL, , Pro 24", Pro XL 24" - all use a 1 1/4" ( 31.9mm ) Clamp.

Expert XL, Expert, Junior Plus, Junior, Mini, and Jr. 24" all use a 1" or (25.4mm) Clamp

All BOLT LT Frames use a built in Seatpost Clamp - No clamp required.

Passion Frames -

Shine 4x Frames -
All Shine Frames use a 1 1/4" ( 31.9mm ) Clamp.

 Propel Frames -
The Propel Frames use a 1 1/4" ( 31.9mm ) Clamp.

Q. What is the width of the BB shell?

A. All of our current BMX frames use a 68mm BB shell and a 43.5mm chainline. The Propel and Shine 4x Frames use a 73mm BB Shell and a 50mm chainline.

 

Q. Do your frames utilize the integrated headsets?

A. Yes and No, The Product pages for each of the frames show the specific headset for each size and model of frame but the basics are as follows:

ENVY Frames -
Expert XL, Expert XXL, Pro, Pro Plus, Pro XL, Pro XXL, Pro XXXL, Expert 24", Pro Short 24", Pro 24", Pro XL 24" - all use the Campy Integrated Headtube that requires the 45/45 bearings.

Expert, Junior Plus, Junior, Mini, and Jr. 24" all use a conventional or traditional style of 1" Press in Headset

BLUR Frames -
Expert XL, Pro, Pro Plus, Pro XL, Pro XXL, Pro XXXL, Expert 24", Pro 24", Pro XL 24" - all use the Campy Integrated Headtube that requires the 45/45 bearings.

Expert,  Junior, and Mini all use a conventional or traditional style of 1" Press in Headset

All BOLT LT Frames use the Campy Integrated Headtube that requires the 45/45 bearings.

2010-2012 Shine 4x Frames -
The 2010-2012 Shine Frames use the Campy Integrated Headtube that requires the 45/45 bearings. The new 2013 Shine Frames use a Tapered headtube which uses a 1 1/8" - 1.5" headset.

 Propel Frames -
The Propel Frames use the Campy Integrated Headtube that requires the 45/45 bearings.

 

Q. What is your warranty policy?

A. All of our hardgood products come with a 90 day material and workmanship warranty against manufacturing and material defects.

But we do offer a liberal "Crash Warranty" policy which covers dents and dings caused by crashing, hitting the gate etc... basically anything that you did to the product while enjoying the ride. So if you jumped the gate and dented your downtube, threw your bike at the skatepark and smacked the top tube on the coping, you will not get a free frame or anything but we will offer you a discount to replace your abused frame with a new one. Each case is handled on a 1 on 1 situation so please call or e-mail for details or if you have any questions.

Q. How do I get sponsored?

A. Our Factory Team is a group of hand picked riders that represent the company and our product for us. Basically you have to catch our eye or the eye of one of our riders to be selected for the factory team. We do offer a support program through local dealers. If you think you would like to join the Support team please contact your local Supercross Dealer for details.

 

Q. Where are Supercross Products made?

A. We do US and Off shore Taiwan production. It depends upon the product and the price point. Our goal for all Supercross Products is for the highest quality at the best price available. Regardless of whether you buy one of our US Built or our Taiwan built products, you can be comfortable in knowing that we never cut corners to save pennies and when you see the quality of our products first hand, you will understand.

 

Q. Can you send me some FREE stickers?

A. Yes, if you send us a SASE ( Self Addressed Stamped Envelope ) we will gladly send you a few stickers.
