CPSC Certs

Congress recently passed the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA). Part of this act sets new standards for lead (lead paint & lead substrates) and phthalate content in children's products as well as new documentation and testing requirements. Supercross BMX LLC. has taken steps to ensure its products meet and exceed all published requirements.
