Q. What is your warranty policy?
A. All of our hardgood products come with a 90 day material and workmanship warranty against manufacturing and material defects. But we do offer a liberal "Crash Warranty" policy which covers dents and dings caused by crashing, hitting the gate etc... basically anything that you did to the product while enjoying the ride. So if you jumped the gate and dented your downtube, threw your bike at the skatepark and smacked the top tube on the coping, you will not get a free frame or anything but we will offer you a discount to replace your abused frame with a new one. Each case is handled on a 1 on 1 situation so please call or e-mail for details or if you have any questions.
Q. How do I get sponsored?
A. Our Factory Team is a group of hand picked riders that represent the company and our product for us. Basicly you have to catch our eye or the eye of one of our riders to be selected for the factory team. We do offer a support program through local dealers. If you think you would like to join the Support team please contact your local Supercross Dealer for details.
Q. Where is the Supercross EVO iS made?
A. The Supercross EVO iS is our high end Import Series and they are 100% designed in the US and 100% built at the highest quality factory we could find in Taiwan. It was the best way to bring a performance frames price down to an affordable range by sourcing from Taiwan. And we must say that the quality is fantastic.
