Chrome Bolt LT's!!
So, you already saw the Chrome Passions that we are going to do for 2012, well while we are playing with the 4130 Cro-mo and having fun at the Chrome Shop we revised the BOLT LT ever so slightly for 2012 and yes, we are going to do them in a Limited Run of Chrome Plate too.

The few revisions for 2012 on the BOLT LT are the new Bullet Tipped Rear Stays with the new smaller backside CNC'd Cro-mo dropouts.

The new dropouts jsut have a smaller cleaner look, they still have the backside CNC'd pockets that we pioneered back in 2004, and with the Bullet Tipped Stays and the subtle curve on the drop between the stays it gives it a classic modern look.
The Seat Mast is updated from last year where it is no longer Bulge Butted. It is a straight thin wall OD tube that retains the top miter cut and the built in seat post clamp. The 2012 and the 2011 BOLT LT's now take a 27.2 seat mast so it is easier to find Pivotal Seatposts for them.

And with the Straight non Bulge Seatmast you get a larger weld area and a stiffer bottom bracket juncture. Add that in to the Wishbone BB lug and you have a Cro-mo frame that is almost as stiff as an Aluminum Race Frame , but still has that little bit of compliance to get the second pedal around quicker and to suck up some of the smaller bumps on the track.

So if you are a fan of the Cro-mo races frames like we are. Be sure to check one of the new 2012 BOLT LT's out at your favorite Supercross BMX dealer when they are available.
