Brian Gress Memorial
This story, does not have anything to do with Supercross, but everything to do with BMX. Right before the Greatest Race on Earth kicked off in Tulsa, BMX lost one of it's family members, KWEGO's Brian Gress. Anyone and everyone who has been at an ABA National knows Brian, he has been a fixture at the races for years.Brian was always one of the guys that you looked forward to seeing at the races.

On November 22nd, shortly after arriving at the Quik Trip Center in Tulsa for the Grands, Brian sucumed to a Massive Heart Attack and passed away.
Brian left behind his wife, his son Kyle and daughter Bree. This weekend, at Sycamore BMX in Simi Valley, CA at thier double point race, they will be holding a memorial and auction to raise fund for the family. When we heard of the news we were shocked, and John Grine from RoadHouse BMX in Simi quickly started making calls to gather up some stuff for a fund raiser at the Memorial.
After speaking with Dani about this we knew we wanted to do something special to help out for the fund raiser, so we took one of our prototype frames, and had it anodized in a one off Cookie Monster Blue. This frame is not an ENVY, and not a BLUR, it is a prototype that we were looking at doing that was an in between model. So it is a one of a kind frame that cannot be bought. Hopefully it raises a TON of money for the Family.

If you can't make it to the memorial, but would still like to help. You can still make a paypal donation at http://www.kylegress.org
Or you can purchase a chain at Kwegco.com to help support the family.
Rest In Peace Brian, you will be missed.
