The Fork used to be an overlooked part of the bike. You bought a frame and a fork came with it. Yeah there were a few cool forks that you wanted to get but for the most part, it just kept your front wheel connected to your frame and you hoped it didn't bend or break upon landing. Well times changed and aftermarket forks rule the world now, everyone wants something that is lighter and stronger than the next guy. Very few frame manufacturers even offer forks anymore because of the aftermarket demand. Well we take our forks very seriously. A good fork can be the difference from first place and a broken jaw. We don't know about you but eating through a straw does not sound fun to us. We use seamless 4130 cro-mo for all of our forks, and after they are welded up we send them out for a bit of heat treating. Keeps them strong, keeps them light, basically does it's job.
